This house, this site and this B&B&B is dedicated to Joseph's mother, Ardella Sue James, a cancer survivor, who beleived in a dream of turning this house in to a sanctuary for those dedicated to compassion, health and books.
Thank you. I love you Mom. 
 
Sue James passed on Friday, May 4, 2007 in beautiful Laguna Niguel, California,
where she lived with Joseph's loving sister Mary Sheridan.
 
Armando Ortiz
A trained chef specializing in authentic cuisine fom the Michocan region of Mexico.  Recipies were passed down from his Mother and Grandmother. Armando adds a modern 
healthy twist. 
Joseph Sheridan
Luckiest man in the world as I get to eat Armando's culinary creations three meals a day. Born in Cali. Went to 5 high schools in 4 states. Since a kid...4 years working for Italian Book Store in 80's. New York night club promoter in 90's for entire decade. Did the South Beach thing for a while. Now do both, sell books on line and organize international night club promotions as well.
