Hot Springs B & B & B is an inexpensive alternative to staying at a fully renovated B&B.
An open minded tolerant house perfect for couples or
those on their own exploring Hot Springs National Park.

We are able to offer such a great deal because we
are still under a massive renovation with the
rest of the house and the gardens.
Though the renovation of the interior
in your wing of the house is complete ,
we are not able to compete
with a fully renovated house,
so you save!
We respect your tranquility & do not renovate
while guests are in the house,

...Your Private Dining

for healthy food & gentle conversation

Hot Springs B&B&B is owned by

                                                                   vegetarians and meat
                                                                     eaters always enjoy.

Joseph and Armando run an online book
business out of the house. We offer a relaxing
and clean experience at a reasonable price.
Your Private Sitting Room...
Perfect for Reading, Writing or Reflection

Your Private Room...
Our current available room
is The Sue James Room. The room is on par with what
you would expect from a fully renovated B&B. The room
has a beautiful antique full size bed with a matching dresser
and closet. The room is recently painted and the hardwood floors recently
restored. The green in the room reflects the greenery of Hot Springs. The
blue represents the beautiful water and sky we have here. The golden yellow
represents the sun watching over the beautiful nature we are blessed with.  It
is a quiet room overlooking a garden and a quite interesting atrium that has a
unheated indoor pool. The Sue James Room is supplied with a new TV featuring
Dish Network channels.  There is also a DVD and a CD collection.

High Speed Internet access(not wireless) is available in your private dining Room/Sitting Room area for an additional $5 a night

The Sue James Room is $75 a night
for a maximum of two people. A second
nearly fully renovated bedroom with a beautiful antique full size bed
is available at an additional $50 a night for a total of $125 a night
for up to four people. An additional clean, but
unrenovated room with a fold out couch and Dish Network television channels
is available for an additional $40 for a total of $165 for a completely
private three bedroom wing of the house for up to six people.

The room adjoins your private Living and Dining areas
as well as a newly painted private bathroom
Books? We have 10,000 of them. Borrow one during your stay.
Don't finish it?, No problem, they are all for sale!

Hot Springs National Park... A rich history of peace and tolerance
dating  back to indigenous times. Hot Springs, known as
"The Valley of Peace" to native Americans was a neutral
zone where even tribes at war could send their elders
and sick to restore their health in the local spring
waters. Hot Springs' mission of tolerance
continued through the 1960's with
tolerated gambling, vice and as a
neutral zone for the mob.

It's rich history just keeps getting more colorful as it is quickly
becoming a new eco-zone and it's health benefits are
being appreciated by a new generation of visitors.

The all natural springs...with their rich history of health and tranquility. Hot Springs National Park was the first

land put aside for preservation

by the US Government
